Inquire and we will see if we can accommodate. Delivery fees do apply and start at $25. Details will be discussed in your quote. Additional set up fees will apply for weddings, dessert tables and larger events. We do offer FREE DELIVERY to all zipcodes starting in "M" with orders over $200.

Yes! We offer cake tastings for our clients to sample our flavours and help them decide on the perfect combination for their event. Cake Tasting boxes are offered a few times a year and cost $45 each. Boxes must be requested in advance. We offer complimentary cake tastings to all cake purchases over $300. Cake Tasting boxes contain 4 delectable sample slices, a custom cookie, and a bit of added sweetness. Tastings can be arranged through courier services with additional fees. Please contact us to schedule your tasting.

In most cases, the earlier, the better! Dates fill up fast! Unfortunately, if the date of your event is completely booked with other orders; we may not be able to accommodate you. It is highly recommended that all wedding and larger event orders be placed at least 3+ months in advance. Celebration cakes and smaller orders should be placed 2-4 weeks prior to the event to ensure availability. However, don't hesitate to contact us even if your request doesn't fall in that period. We may still be able to accommodate.

No. Iced Cake Boutique is an "appointment only" business currently. Hopefully with all of your support, we will be able to open our own studio space in 2026! We can't wait!!!!

Primarily, Iced Cake Boutique is delivery only. We do not recommend that you transport your own cakes. Although, if you choose to, please note that ICB is not responsible for any damage to the cake once it has left our hands.

There is a 25%, non-refundable down payment due at the time of booking the reservation for all orders. This amount will be subtracted from the final amount owed. In the event of cancellation, this money will be forfeited and cannot be used toward any future orders. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. If the order is made within a 2-week period of the event date, full payment is due at the time of order.

Iced Cake Boutique accepts e-transfer, Interac Debit, Visa & MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Oh no! We hope that you don't need to cancel. All cancellations must be given at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery to ensure that 75% of the final balance will be refunded. If the cancellation is given within the final 5 days of the delivery, only 50% of the final balance will be refunded. If cancellation is given within the last 48 hours prior to delivery, 100% of the total payment will be forfeited and cannot be used toward future cake orders.

Final payment for all orders is due 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. For each day past due, a $25 late fee will be applied.

Yes! We currently do offer dairy free and plant-based cakes, pastries, and desserts. Unfortunately, we have not made a gluten free cake menu yet. We do offer various gluten free sweet treats. Contact us for more information on our abilities to accommodate special dietary needs.

To book your custom cake or dessert, simply fill out our inquiry form on the "contact us" page of our website. We’ll then schedule a Zoom consultation to discuss your ideas and provide you with a proposal and quote. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

Pricing varies based on the complexity, size, and design of your order. After our initial consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal and quote to ensure your cake fits your budget. Please check out our wedding cake and celebration cake pages for general pricing guides.

We understand that plans can evolve! Any changes to your order should be made at least 4 weeks for wedding and large celebration cakes in advance and 2 weeks for smaller cakes, designer cookies and sweet treats, depending on the scope of the modification. Please reach out as soon as possible if adjustments are needed.
