Booking & Deposit
Start by filling out our Order Inquiry Form, providing us with the details of your event and cake preferences. Once we have a sense of your needs, we'll schedule a Zoom consultation to discuss your ideas and refine the design together.
After your consultation, you'll receive a personalized proposal with a detailed quote that includes all aspects of your order, from design to delivery. We want to ensure everything is perfectly tailored to your event.
Once you’re ready to move forward, secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the total cost of your order. This ensures your date is reserved exclusively for you.
Sketch & Tasting
Finalization
Following your deposit, we’ll provide you with a detailed cake sketch based on the ideas discussed during your consultation, so you can visualize the design. You'll also receive a cake tasting sample, allowing you to experience the flavors that will accompany your beautiful creation.
Two weeks before your event, we’ll finalize all details and confirm the remaining balance. This is the perfect time to make any last-minute adjustments or additions to ensure your cake is exactly as you envisioned.
Delivery & Setup
On the day of your event, we’ll handle everything—delivering your cake and ensuring a smooth set-up at the venue. Our goal is to make your experience as stress-free as possible, so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
